FAQ
Where does my video go? Only where your video gets made: to our servers and to the AI services that recognise speech and analyse the text. Without your account details — phone number, name or email. We never use it to train models or for advertising. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I stop sending videos to AI services? Tap the account button in the top right of the projects list → "AI processing" → turn off "Send videos to AI services". You can turn it back on in the same place. While it is off, new recordings are not sent anywhere and cannot be split into takes.
How do I delete my account and everything I uploaded? In the app: account button → "Account" at the bottom → "Delete account" → type DELETE and confirm. Access stops at once; the rest is deleted within 30 days. Save the videos you need to your photo library first — they cannot be restored afterwards. If you can't sign in, use the form above and include the email or phone number linked to your account — we'll delete it for you.
How do I withdraw my consent to data processing? Use the form above and include the email or phone number linked to your account. We'll reply to the email from the form.
The captions have the wrong words. Speech is transcribed by AI, and it can mishear. In the editor, on the "Text" tab, fix the line right in its card — your words go into the captions.
The suggested take isn't the one I want. The suggestion is advice, not a decision. On the "Takes" tab, tap the one you like — that's the one in your video.
